GNRTL: 93 : Give Up

It's Devin! I need to draw some of my non-Arem characters more, that I do.

Anyway, this picture needs a bit of explination, I guess. Devin came to The Ruins (the geographical area that my site, Nelle Rovine, is set in) in search of his older brother, who I showed in "Seeing Red." Anyway, he finally tracked his brother to our resident "pit in the ground of mystery," where his elder brother, seeming not to see him, walked through a wall. Devin spent the next while trying to get through as well, to no avail. This picture is set right at the point before he gets up and leaves.

I think in the thread there were crystals, not blue glowey tree-style mushrooms (everyone understands that's what I was trying for, right?), but whatever.

...The BG here resembles the "Starvation" picture. I wonder if there's a connection...

Anyway, Devin is my youngest and most recent character from Nelle Rovine. He's doing all right for himself at present, though.
